A visit to the Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam

The Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam (less than 10 minutes walk from my house..so nice) is reopened after almost 8 years (!) of renovations. Beautiful building, exciting exhibitions.
In the ground floor I got completely excited from the exhibition and the display about Dutch design. In one of the rooms were lots of hidden articles in big drawers full of wonderful, inspiring objects – jewellery, toys, graphic, furniture, textile, … In the Second floor, contemporary art- again- great exhibitions.
All together it was worth waiting for. Take your time there -its big! and one warning: stay away from the restaurant/cafe (over priced, bad service).
